The gentleman at the door tried to put his hand on my wife was very rude. Wouldn't let her in because she was not wearing a mask. Belittled her. Places like that. Will not be getting our business.anyone wants the family insulted or belittled or even assaulted. You should go because you won't be disappointed!

Happy to go across town for the things we prize, such as their produce, eggs, candy, greeting cards, coffee and, occasionally, liquor. And I like shopping where the crew is happy and helpful. Ask anyone anything at all and they'll stop what they're doing and help YOU. Try it yourself. I'm happy that TJ's came to Redding and you'll be happy too if you give them a try. DOUG out

Clean store, good products, and some of the best employees in town. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I've had issues with their food (found bugs in their pre-sliced cantaloupe and got food poisoning from one of the premade wraps). I mentioned it to an employee in passing once and he gave me flowers as an apology, which was a very unexpected but sincere and sweet thing to do. I don't trust their fresh food anymore but the employees and business are wonderful and I do enjoy their dry and frozen foods.

Such a small selection of items. Went there for sugar and bread flour and they literally don't carry that? I walked the store for so long to try and find some simple items and came up short. But the workers are super sweet and helpful so I gave an extra star than I would have.

100% great place to shop because they enforce mask requirement and limit the amount of shoppers at one time. I see that they have a person sanitizing carts and baskets between each person's use. It's very refreshing to know that others are not breathing all over your merchandise. I like that.

I love trader Joe's. They have helped me when I've been sick they have helped me shop they have helped me push my card around they have gone above and beyond anything any customer service person in this town has ever done for me or any of my friends. I don't know where they train these customer service people that represent them but they need to continue doing that because trader Joe's is one of the most consistent, nicest, compassionate and very helpful stores we have and are Reading area if I could do all my shopping here I would but unfortunately I can't do all my shopping at trader Joe's but I do do 80% of it there.

Good place. They have set times for older shoppers. They require a mask which IMO is a negative. Instead they should encourage it. Food is good, prices are great and quality is outstanding. There are some interesting people that work here. Never know the level of customer service you will get. All in all, good. My wife and I will continue to shop here.
