I was helped by Nathan M and Vanessa today at the hilltop store. They went out of their way to save me money and time. Their customer service was impeccable and I will definitely return here. Two fantastic employees!!!

Staff are very helpful and friendly. However prices are high for shipping. Prices are extremely high for boxes. Most definitely have a shipping box of your own. 99 cents at uhaul compared to 5 dollars at ups. They have mail boxes for rent and printing services.
I needed a tracking number, and unfortunately I list info. The lady I talk to (Tracy) was helpful after a little digging which I can tell she did not want to do! She was immediately short, and rude the way she communicated with me. On the other had I have had a great experience with others there.
Have had my packages damaged on numerous occasions, completely destroyed twice. Been disrespected by the delivery driver and had him drop my package into a puddle in my driveway about a foot and a half in front of my roofed porch. Have had on going issues, tried to call and complain, now experiencing further harassment.
Terrible parking for this store 3 parking spots only.
