I scheduled an initial service appointment and the technician never showed up or called. They took all of my information over the phone and charged me but never asked for my name. I have been trying to get ahold of the company all afternoon and cannot reach anyone. Not a good first impression!

I appreciate the great communication you provide with my service. It is helpful to get a reminder when the service is coming due. My service technician, Bruce, always calls ahead of time which I am grateful for. He is very professional and courteous when he arrives. He always makes sure my pets are safe and the gate is shut when he leaves. He always makes me feel like I am an important customer and I enjoy hearing his travel stories. Thanks again for your attention to detail and for making me feel special.

So to start. The TERMINIX technician that showed up didn't do what we asked. I called and requested a new technician to come do the job. Here's where the games and runaround started. They said they will send another technician that never showed up. Than they wanted us to wait another 3 weeks for another technician. At this point I'm pretty much free up. I call to cancel my service and request a refund. This was at the end of last month. And again another runaround. I am told my refund will be posted in 3-5 days. Nowi have to wait until the 15th for them to send a check. I recommend that anybody who needs service DONT GO THROUGH TERMINIX. I went through Clark pest control and they actually did what we wanted. TERMINIX is the type of company who lies, takes your money, and does not do the service that you wanted. Horrible horrible company. If I could go be a 0 star I would.

Great Service. Gordy Greenley, our Service Technician is great. He communicates with us before, during, and after the quarterly visit. He is knowledgeable and shares his knowledge with us. He not only knows the threats from pests overall, but the trends in our area. He has been our technician for many, many years. We use Terminix because of Gordy!

I received a call within seconds of sending my request online and was scheduled for an appointment for the following day. Shortly after, I Received a confirmation call for my appointment time, and was even offered an time earlier slot if I wanted it. Rico showed up on time and took care of my horrible spider problem, even cleared all the webs surrounding my home.. Definitely a satisfied customer. Thanks Terminix & thanks Rico!
