I booked online through their app. When I went there I found out that the workers over there don’t know how to use the app and they don’t acknowledge the app. They said they can’t see online appointments. Awful service. Workers are too slow and wasting their time talking to each other most of the time . A company as big as Supercuts don’t respect app appointments and getting a confirmation email of the appointment. Maybe then you shouldn’t charge as much . Awful service. If there is a zero star I will go for it. This is the worst Supercuts branch I have ever been to! Ruined my Saturday:(

The hair stylist (Brittney) did an awesome job on my hair. Exactly the way that I wanted it. The small talk was great and she made me feel like I was really welcomed there and not just another customer that she had to deal with. The entire staff seemed very fun and welcoming like they really care about what the people want that walk through the door.
No value of time if you make appointment online it’s not work.
I’ve been to two of these places, the prices are outrageously cheap (depends on the type of style you want) I’ve loved their staffs and employees. They’re friendly, and treats their customers like their family. I would highly recommend them.
Great place to get a good hair cut. very good prices and people generally. They come and go frequently.
