Redding's best kept secret? Probably. I wish I wasn't telling you this but the classes are so fun, super small and intimate, trainers enjoy having your company. Since the classes are small the trainer has time to show you easy and hard versions of each and they have time to work with each person. Hands down the cheapest gym I've found in Redding.
Love to go there, everyone is friendly and place is very clean. Instructors are the best!!
