It is bad enough to have to sit in construction, but to have to sit an additional 10 minutes just so the pilot car driver can shoot the breeze with the flagger, is absolutely uncalled for. Find a date on your own time, and yes, it is clear that is what was going on. This was between Westwood, CA and Susanville. CA. 9/21/19 @ 430pm
