This is one of my favorite locations. They always have friendly staff and the drive thru is one of the quicker ones, even when the line is super long. Also, when the line is too long for me to feel like waiting in.. I just place an order on the app for pickup, and run inside. There’s hardly ever anyone waiting inside, and it’s ready practically by the time I walk in. Also, they have a large selection of merchandise every time I come to this one.. so it’s a good place to use your star rewards.

My usual spot on lake wasn't open so I ventured to churn creek and I'm so glad I did. There was a long but it moved quickly. Anelsy at the drive up window was so sweet and kind. She is the perfect person to speak to for that extra boost of serotonin. I had the most pleasant experience on top of my coffee being made perfectly. Also I ordered the salted drink how it comes without the salt because the salt is seasonal .the barista heard my order and asked if I was looking for the salted mocha which I was I just didn't know it was available. 10 out of 10 for customer service at this location!!! I will be coming out of my way from now on to have this kind of great service.

Last order not exactly happy with order, didnt realize a few dunks of a tea bag makes a good flavored tea. Tea bags need to STEEP for a min or two, or better yet leave tea bag in, two for a venti. Dunking it in out of water a few times basically leaves u with a slight flavored water. When you pay dang near 5 for a tea, you would think you would get ur money worth. I dont recommend the tea. Service was great overall super nice crew..
Best drinks for me and yummy ones for my lil one. Apparently everyone knows how much I love Starbucks. For Christmas I received, 3 gift cards, 2 gift sets, and 1 huge bag of my fave daily coffee ...breakfast blend..yumm . A very happy Christmas for me!
This location has not shutdown like the other locations in Redding. Friendly staff and courteous.
