My husband and I attempted to visit Secrets just a short while ago- short as in less than a half hour. We are in town on a semi business semi pleasure trip and happen to be guests at on of two the neighboring hotels. We Googled the boutique and bases on pictures rating and customer reviews thought our experience would be a positive one. Parents to 2 girls under 10 we have little or zero time to ourselves. It's been almost 4 years since we've had a kid free night let alone more than one so I was quite excited. We arrived at 945 and weren't rushed since the stores advertised hours say they close at midnight. My husband took a quick business call so we wouldn't be interrupted after we left the store. I watched as one make employee made multiple trips outside one being to take trash to a recepticle very close to our parking spot. Not one word or slightest bit of eye contact was exchanged between us. At 958 I decided to go ahead and look arpund while my husband wrapped up his call. The male employee was cleaning the inside of the entrance but stepped back as I approached the door. The sign had been very sneaky way turned to closed and quickly I knew why he had backed away from the door. He made no effort to speak to me to inform of the earlier closing nor to apologize for dileberately doing so in an effort to avoid having a customer inside the store to make what would have been at least a 300 purchase. The ability to go out for even date night isn't something we get to do so we were going to make the most of our time out of town-- huge loss on revenue and in these uncertain economic times was not a wise move or anything remotely close to a sound business decision.

Nice selection of large toys and poppers. The video booths are a blast if your lucky enough to be there when the booths are busy. Unfortunately they are often empty and that's a negative.

Did a drive through with my hubby, while passing through redding. Decent selection, pretty clean. The lady working there was very chill and very informative.( I can't remember her name, she had red and black hair, side shaved.) I really prefer the personal touch little stores like this vs online, where you can't actually feel the product. I will definitely be back our next trip through.

I felt very offended when i walked in and was told to put my purse down by the door.... i have never been asked that in ANY store in my whole life!!!! I believe i was stereo typed because me and my husband both have tattoos... there was another lady in there with her purse... i just thought it was very rude!!! But we still made a purchase!!!

Very poor customer service... not worth it unless you have no choice. Amazon is the better bet.

The staff always makes me feel comfortable with any questions I have and are quick to recommend things that suit my needs!!! Great experience for couples!!! As a Redding native I have been going there at different times in my adult life but in the last year or so they seem to have really stepped their game up very clean and organized and a newly added better selection of plus size sexy lingerie... my husband Thanks you personally for that lol Thank you for all you do and keep up the good work!!!

I have been in Secrets Boutique on three occasions now and I just plain fell in love with it. One very good reason is the long stem pipe I purchased there. Best pipe I have ever purchased.
