I wish I would have known ahead of time that they do not look up your insurance information. Apparently at this Rite Aid, if you switch insurance then you have to pay full price for prescriptions in the month you are waiting to get your new Rx card. They will not ask you for insurance and instead try to charge you full price initially. I transferred my Rx to another pharmacy and they were happy to look up my imformation. Saved me 275 by not being lazy.
Tried to fill prescriptions here, they gave me the run around! Then had to come back a few days later and still NOT filled!! Customer service needs a lot of help! They aren’t friendly and don’t understand the people coming in for their meds!!
