My husband and I went to Redding Kia today just to look around but Ryan ended up helping us find our first brand new car and we are so thankful and excited! He was so knowledgeable and honest with us and it made the whole experience exciting and non stressful. We love our new 2021 Seltos!!! Thanks again Ryan!!

We took our 2015 Kia Sedona in to be serviced on Christmas Eve. They suggested over 1100 in random maintenance and brake repairs. Tonight we were driving down the road and our serpentine belt snapped and fell off the vehicle. A belt that they did not recommend be replaced and in fact marked as being in good repair during the service they supposedly did four days again. This is the second time they've supposedly done something and didn't. Last time they swore they put air in the tires but a quick check after the service showed they hadn't. They were called on that and apologized but now have done something even worse. What good is the free oil changes if they aren't even doing the stuff they claim to do. We will NEVER be back. This is the second Kia we have purchased from them and I even sent a friend there to buy his last car. You can guarantee I will now tell everyone who is looking for a car not to waste their time with this dealership. What a joke.

Tony and the entire crew at Redding Kia are AMAZING! We were looking for a new car for our daughter who recently totaled her previous car. They quickly got back to us with answers to any questions we had. There was absolutely no pressure in their sales and they all treated us like family with great compassion for our circumstances. They gave us an EXCELLENT deal on a vehicle our daughter could afford. They certainly won customers for life with our family. God bless you all and thank you for all your help!
