This automobile dealership had it together for this event. Great band (love ya heavy dose). 50 dollar t-shirts? Get over yourself Harley.
Worst Harley store ever. Bought a bike. Not a month later battery dies. They say there is nothing they can do. He tells me to keep it on a charger over night. Lol brand new bike. A couple months later my fork seals are leaking. Take it to them via warranty and says it was installed incorrect and where did I get the bike from. I said you and he looked away and didn't say anything. 2 days later I notice my other fork seal leaking. Called and asked why both where not replaced and I quote we didn't notice it leaking. Yet there was the same greese ring around both forks when I took it in. Then they try and tell me I need tires and quote and push for me to get 2 tires. Then when I asked for the tire wear depth. He says they are 2/3rds still good. Then he paused to what I'm only guessing was him questioning why they are trying to sell me tires. This store is by far the worst Harley I have ever been to.
I love these dealerships and this is a small but nice one. Unfortunately they didn't have all the shirts in my size, but they were low in inventory. They have a very cool Challenge Pin here!
Initially I went there to have a new air breather kits on my bike because there was one bolt I could not break free. And I went ahead and had a lot of work done to her including the 10,000 mile service. Ernie is a champion. The customer service has always been on point. Ernie went above and beyond with my motorcycle and did not break the bank in doing so. And for that I am eternally grateful. It's a great shop. And fantastic people.
