I ordered flowers for my wife for our 32nd anniversary and decided to try something different than the regular rupees I get her every year. Boy, was I surprised! I would have never thought to put those kinds of flowers together, but they looked amazing. Lots of different colors and tires made such a great display. I appreciate the work that Redding Florist put into making such a great gift for my special wife! Thank you!
I called yesterday and talked with Deborah, she helped me to get exactly what I was looking for. After placing my order for delivery today, I felt so confident with her professionalism I couldn't wait for my girlfriend to receive them. I then called this morning and spoke with Charity, just to see if I could get an update on about what time the delivery would be made. She checked into it first and said my order would be delivered within the hour. I hung up the phone and my girlfriend had received the flowers ten minutes later. She was so excited when she called me, she could not believe how beautiful they were. It looked better than the picture on the website, flowers were so fresh and absolutely gorgeous. Huge thank you to these ladies, you both are absolutely amazing. Thank you for helping me, Kimberly had the biggest smile on her face and was so surprised. I'm all the way down in Riverside, Ca. And she is in Redding, Ca. So to make this happen for me was a blessing. Way to hit it out of the park ladies, Redding Florist is top notch, I highly recommend them for all your floral needs. I can't thank you ladies enough, the smile on her face was priceless.
I've used Redding Florist two times in 2020 ( Jan & Dec) to send flowers. Both times they've been WONDERFUL to work with. They have provided great customer service and beautiful flower arrangements! I've been so impressed with the quality service they provide.

Major issues on delivery and customer service resolution. Ordered to be sent for delivery V-Day. After making payment and confirming the order days in advance, got a call what was to the delivery day in the morning, informaing me they were running behind deliveries. I tried to get more information about alternative delivery dates and they hung up on me, and when I called back and asked to talk to management, Charity was very rude and unwilling to help complaining they were busy. When i tried to contact ownership to discuss the order and getting an adjustment for an order I paid for that was not fulfilled as promised they would not return communications. The people that run this place have a habit of deflecting, it shows in how they have worded other responses to reviews that did not go in their favor and are not willing to accept responsiblility. They to dat have still refused to refund or offer even a partial credit for something they got paid for and did not do.
