I placed a large order and they never sent part of it. They argue with providing tracking to one box that they did send claiming it was in there but it was not as the package was full of a different item I ordered and would not fit anything else. Poor customer service. I've ordered several times for single items in the past and had no problems. I would still be ordering from them if only they would resolve this matter. Very dissatisfied. Read the reviews others have left on eBay, they support that if things go fine, there's no problem but if they make a mistake good luck in working with them to get it resolved.
