Selection really small for small children and not so sure that it's Payless for shoes any longer
Really fun. Way higher quality than I remember in the 80s as a kid. I feel they are a little overpriced, for what you are getting. No AC!!! Seriously. Not the place you wanna hang out for long. Clerk was friendly and doing a nice job.
EVERYTHING was on sale. So it was awesome. They're going out of business though.
