good selection good prices good sales however the employees in there were not as helpful as I had hoped if you can even find one. buying online and picking up in store is what I prefer, but when I got to the back corner where the service desk is, there were about 5 people in line returning Amazon items! I think I will stick to having things delivered to my house and take my chances. the one elderly person at the checkout I did find didn't have the patience for me when I started reviewing my Kohl's cash email on my smartphone..

Kohl's has the quickest pick up I have used. They say 2 hours but I have never waited more than 40 minutes. Service is always super nice as well.

Not a great selection of sizes of women's clothes. Also, you can't try on the clothes so I had to buy way more than I wanted. Pretty much makes shopping online the way to go. More selection and same problem of not knowing if it fits but way more convenient.

I love shopping at Kohl's in Redding. The store is very nice, lots of parking, and there is lots of customer service. The dressing rooms are large and private.
