From start to finish Kiser made the process easy to follow. I found that Austin (instructor) was engaging and entertaining. It was especially valuable to me to learn from an instructor with countless hours of real life professional experience. I completed the class knowing I was given the most concise and important protocols help someone some day. I highly recommend this company.

Austin is an incredibly qualified & knowledgable instructor (TONS of real-life experience & being an instructor). He kept things extremely clear & simple when explaining how to help save someone's life -- super practical. But, he could also handle any question you threw at him, like why/how something works or doesn't. This man talks from years of experience and highly educated in the field (you wouldn't believe the numbers/facts he can quote on command, even on random topics people ask about). He also made space at the end where people could optionally stay for asking questions about scenarios not covered/situations pertinent to your specific environment. Honestly, I would take another class to build on this if it were offered. You really are learning from the most over-qualified, but able to get you ready as easily as possible, instructor around.
Highly recommend this class, I’ve taken many before but have never learned as much as I did from Austin. His experience makes him incredibly knowledgeable, and the information he gives was much more relevant than your typical CPR class. Thank you!
This was the most informative CPR/First Aid class I’ve ever taken. No filler, just substance. So refreshing. Austin is incredibly knowledgeable and is a Flight Paramedic so he’s able to provide the knowledge you need and not more or less. Okay, sometimes a little more but that made it interesting. I will definitely be returning when it’s time for recert. And I will definitely recommend.
I LOVED the class that Austin facilitated. His personality and humor was amazing as well, it really made the class more interesting. I highly recommend him!
