I live in Colorado and I needed documentation of my divorce decree from Redding 20 years ago and Jackie answered on the second ring. She went to the courthouse and emailed me a copy and sending the certified copy in the mail! All in an hour of our phone conversation. I couldn't get anyone on the phone at the Shasta courthouse and there she was! I can relax now and enjoy my weekend! I am so grateful! Jackie...you are great at what you do! Thank you again!
