He explained everything clearly and was able to make sure I new about the forms I was signing and new information that had come up for filling taxes. Doug, my tax prepare made sure I received every credit and refund that I could. Since I needed an extra paper to file my taxes, he was very helpful in guiding me and keeping in contact before coming back into the office to complete taxes.
