I am in the process of trying to have my security deposit refunded and it is going terribly. I haven’t been informed of what needed to be fixed, twice. First refund was 993 which was then adjusted to even less at 639 out of a 1700 initial deposit. I am requesting meetings with supervisors and am getting no where. The only person speaking to me over the phone is the receptionist. I had a meeting scheduled today but it was cancelled 30 minutes prior because I wasn’t able to be “squeezed in”. When I do call everyone is either in meetings or on lunch. They will then be extremely condescending and appear is if they are trying to help but guilt and turn the issue back onto the tenant. Worst experience, very unprofessional. The most I have been contacted is through text message. Very unhappy.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will steal your money from you. Even if you keep the property in tip top shape they’ll charge you hundreds of dollars to “pay” a cleaning crew 25 an hour for 12 HOURS!!! A 1/2” rip in a window screen was charge 65 to replace the whole screen! This company should be ashamed of their terrible morals as a company. Literally rent from any other company other than this one. Criminals!
