Was going to buy an indoor grill but they had each piece marked separately. Prices are crazy expensive for stuff that has been given to them for free. I think I will stick with the salvation army thrift store. I can afford stuff there.

Waited over 90 minutes to drop off a bag of shirts and a bag of pants. Way too long, but I guess it was what it was.

Prices are very high, but huge selection. It is disorganized in some areas. Clothing is the most organized along with books and cds. Narrow walkways, 2 carts cannot pass each other is most aisles. There are yellow cart/bins loaded with items that have not been put up, lining larger aisles so be aware that walking with carts is challenging. Huge store. Really. In my time there I have only ever met 1 employee that was not nice. All try to be helpful, but they seem understaffed.

If I could give partial stars I'd give them a 3.5 because their prices on clothing are way too high. Can buy new clothes on sale at Kohl's or Old Navy for those prices! The other stuff is moderately priced, but only nic-nacs are at what I'd consider egular thrift store price\. Positive is that all the employees I encountered were really friendly.

I have visited the Goodwill multiple times and each time I have visited the staff have been very rude and the prices ridiculous I decided to give them one more chance the other day my son is 6 years old and has autism he listens very well and understands that we have to wear our masks. His mask kept slipping off his nose each time it happened before I could even get a chance to say anything a staff rudely said to him you need to put your mask of your nose or you're leaving the store I explained to them that he does not understand very well because he has autism and he is doing the best he can and they said it did not matter that if he has an issue that I need to leave the store. I would think a place that is fully about people with disabilities and is ran by people with disabilities would have understood and been more understanding so I will not be going to the Goodwill anymore and I will not be recommending them to anybody and I will be asking everybody not to go to them because they think they can get away with everything because people keep going so please stop the cycle and please stop going to the Goodwill.
