Staff was friendly and helpful but it took 4 trips to the mall on separate occasions to find this place open. Final time was around noon, the other 3 times were between 10:00 and 11:00. Christmas season? Employee issues? I don't know, didn't ask. Wouldn't even have gone after first 3 trips but had to go to a different store at the mall so I figured what the hell..

My sister was just in this store today and had an awful experience with the manager Kylee. A costumer was making inappropriate comments and raising his eye brows and commenting about my PLUS size sister buying pre work out and the skinny, blonde MANAGER laughed.... When I called her to call her out on this incident she tried to explain herself saying she knows exactly what I'm talking about and she wasn't laughing about the inappropriate costumer she was laughing about something else.... She needs to be fired. What a joke. What kind of manager behaves this way or is allowed to behave this way. My entire family will not be using this company ever again because of this lady.

I’ve visted this GNC several times over the past few years and it has consistently been clean, well stocked, and adequately staffed. The one reason why I have decided not to shop at this location is the continued disrespectful treatment of its associates. I have seen the same older lady, the store manager, using an aggressive tone of voice and unprofessional language with her employees. I have watched her snap at her employees without reserve over insignificant issues while I rarely see her doing anything productive. I am disappointed at this treatment and am tired of seeing these interactions with every visit. It is unsurprising that I have seen similar complaints on other review websites.

I love the B-12 chews here. I don't care for the prices but really you get what you pay for. Anyone needing a healthy boost to the day get the B-12 chews. ONLY THE CHEWS work for me for energy.
