I have used Friendly Computing for years and they always do a good job at reasonable rates. They are also able to do the repairs quickly. Other places in town sometimes have a 2 or 3 week backlog before they could even take a look at my computer to try to figure out the problem, but with Friendly Computing I usually have my computer back within a week or two depending on if they have to order parts or not. Since I use my computer for my home business a quick turnaround is essential to me. I highly recommend them for all of your computer needs.

The best for fixing laptops & computers! I would give them all my money because of what they did! They fixed my laptop and it only took a few minutes, at advanced concepts it took them a week and they failed. THE BEST COMPANY EVER!

We had an emergency situation as a power outage basically killed one of our client computers at our restaurant in Mount Shasta. I called Best Buy first and they couldn't even look at our computer until 3....we open at 4 and it was an hour drive.. Didn't work out for us so they recommended Friendly Computing. It was exactly that! Friendly and extremely accommodating. I had a big problem having an older computer but miraculously they had a refurbished one with all the ports I needed for our kitchen printers etc that they were able to put our hard drive in. Gave us a great deal on it. Kyle and Frank were super friendly and knowledgeable. I brought it back, hooked it all up and it worked brilliantly! We highly recommend this place!

Great customer service. Helped me pick the perfect case, good prices and always best to support local business. Most importantly, they cater well to the individual but are also knowledgeable and honest. They understood my necessities, which are a bit esoteric, and didn't try to over or undersell me. They also are widely versed--admittingly not extremely familiar with my operating system(s) of choice but at least they knew what they were. I've been in shops that weren't familiar with Unix, BSD, Solaris, or Bare-metal hypervisors. To the lay person, your windows or Mac computer will have the services rendered you require, in a manner, and (though I have never had the need for geeks on spokes type services) at a price that is very fair, especially when you consider the fact that big box sells products below cost to hinder local businesses in this industry to a degree that most simply wouldn't know. TL;DR straight up, professional, and even enjoyable. I rarely, if ever, write reviews. Support your locale while being treated as well as an Enterprise customer. My qualifications: 10 years BSD, 10 Solaris, 18 Linux.... Windows since 3.1, MIPS and ARM embedded technology, scripting, and a number of programming languages (though I am no expert programmer....except for windows I custom build my OS from source whenever possible.

If friendly customer service still means something to you, then these guys have it in spades. They take the time to go over everything with you, explaining as they go and do not treat you with the same condescension often felt by other techies towards non-techies. The prices are reasonable as well. If you have any problem at all, give them a call and they'll take care of it. Very happy with the service!
