I've been in there a few times now and they have everything I need at reasonable prices. I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about due to the fact that I've had the most excellent customer service. last week I didn't know exactly what size bolt I needed but I had a sample of what I wanted. The young man behind the counter of us extremely helpful and gave me his opinion and then showed me on the gauge she had. I thought it was a metric M6 and it turned out to be a standard quarter inch fine pitch. frozen yesterday for some rivnuts and they had a excellent selection, And again a very helpful employee. And if you notice the other negative reviews, You can also look at their other reviews and most of them are also negative. This place is five star!

So I walk in and I asked the gentleman if you can look up a size bolt for me he said no way can I look up any kind of bolt thread pitch or anything I said ok ill look it up on my phone So i find the bolt diameter and pitch and grade in 70 seconds then he walks off without any question and comes back with way too long of bolts and theyre half thread bolts I then asked if we can measure the spacer and some washers and he acted like i was a complete pain and he obviously didnt want to work at all im very dissatisfied with this employee I have been to other fastenal locations and they all went out of their way to make sure i was taken care of but not this guy Whew !!! he works way too hard ...
They ordered my parts wrong, wouldn't fix their mistake.
