One of the things we all look and hope for in a good lawyer is communication. Something this firm lacks. I had heard and been told about this place through a family member, so after researching and speaking with them via consultation I felt good about picking this firm for dealing with such a sensitive, emotional time after loosing my loved one. Not only were they too busy but in their words they were too “backed up” to apparently respond to a simple email, or for heavens sake reach out via phone. Maybe from the very beginning COMMUNICATE you’re backed up and not accept any new consultations or clients?! They went as far as accepting a payment information after my consultation to begin the process and then I was ghosted for over a week until I contacted them again. Not ethical at all! I think being most people only come to them during hard times such as dealths or to deal with death matters that they would be a little more personable and considerate of what those coming to them are dealing with. I didn’t give it less stars as I wasn’t a full client and he wasn’t too insensitive during the consultation. However I’m glad I ended this before it really began and made a huge mistake.
