I wanted to get some adjustable free weights. They had one set to chose from. Not impressed with that store. Only good thing was that I didn't have to wear a mask.

Went in to look for a kayak. The employee that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure I had what I needed. I was definitely pleased with the experience and decided to go back and buy a kayak for my daughter.

The caretaker Secret garden

It was my first time in the store. When I came in there was a suspicious man with merchandise headed for the door and the young lady named Jenna was coordinating with people at the front of the store to let them know what was going on. She did an excellent job. When I got to the register Sierra was nice enough to help me. She helped me go through the knee braces to find the only brand that came in a large enough size for me as a plus-size woman. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed. Thank you very much.

Love the store just wish they had a better selection of higher quality name brands in the bike dept. Specifically the helmets. It looks like they have a lot until you see that almost everything is youth sizes. There needs to be more selection overall of things like gloves too ext. Otherwise it's an awesome clean store with great checkout.

Very helpful staff. Had two employees help us to just find rain gear. Well stocked store. Excellent discount racks, some items as much as 75 percent off. Would have given five stars but it seems on multiple trips it takes some time to check out. Surprised to see handicap fitting room.

We went in today looking for some weights. We entered the store, and the customer service was absolutely horrible! No how are you? Can I help you find something? Nothing. Then as several employees seemed to be wandering around, still no help. Finally, on the way out there were several employees standing around the front and so we asked about the weights. The tall female employee with a SF Giants facemask forwardly said something to the effect of we don't have any weights and don't know when any will be coming in. It seemed to me and my boyfriend and I that they thought they were above our class. They seemed to look at us with judging looks on their faces. Well, you lost our business and we will certainly spread the word that this store is terrible in customer service. By the way...to you employees, we had plenty of money in our wallets. But you aren't getting a dime of it in our future. Your judging attitude lost a potentially big sale, hopefully you work hourly and not commission.
