I took in two diamond bands that were 1100 each that were not on sale when I bought them and were eligible for trade in within a year, the woman wasn't going to let me. Eventually she did but she said it couldn't be a ring. Then she had a change of heart and let me pick out a ring that ring was 1,369.00 then she said thats the only ring I'm getting and so basically they profited like 600 of my money. Very rude about it. Was already hurt because the rings I turned in were from a broken engagement.

Great experience. Austin was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and patient with us. We wanted the ring set to be sautered together a little different than normal settings and to make sure this was done correctly, he took photos of how we wanted it to look. When we go the ring back it was exactly how we asked for it. Now it looks like one of a kind. Definitely would purchase again from DeVons.

This place is the best! My husband and I bought my first wedding ring set over 20 years ago, then upgraded about five years later. We bought other assorted pieces of jewelry at this store in the Mount Shasta Mall over the years. I recently had some work done, sizing and repair, and they did a superb job, as always. The employees are knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend DeVon's jewelers.
