Rhonda was super awesome and deserves a promotion! She helped me figure out a substitute for my desert fast and with a smile on her face, I do feel that she goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are satisfied, a lot of people forget how important customer service is, a poor attitude can ruin a restaurant experience that people save up and look forward to. The restaurant was super clean customer service was excellent,t only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the portion on the 16 bake at home pie was pretty small. Other than that I am extremely happy with my experience and will be returning.
Lately this place had, on at least 3 occasions, only one cook on duty in the evening. It took over an hour from the time we were seated until our food arrived. I understand that there are a lot of phone-in orders and various delivery services that were waiting for the food packages, which is obviously their priority, but it is unacceptable to be understaffed like this. I cannot give a good review of this location.
Great stacks of hotcakes,any time of day . It true So seldom do you find a good diner that makes pancakes, that are fluffy and delicious. Well Denny's is the place for just that. Dine in or on the go They got you covered .
I'm not sure why but this place is pretty dirty , considering that soposluy their cleaning all the time since Covid-19 came out. Window sills have dirty, jam, pieces of food, floor always has something on it its like they see it but do sweep it up. Customer service is 4 start IF THEY LIKE YOU or your a frequent customer..
Employees used to be great. Some of the new crew just don’t have the customer service the old ones did. Also the female manager that worked tonight seemed really rude to her employees. Definitely needs work on how to run a team. However, nothin hits better than denny’s at midnight. Good vibes
Waitress recommended an order that would save us money on our breakfast vs. getting a set menu item. Turned the savings into her tip, very warm and welcoming staff.
