Lorraine, the manager at CosmoProf in Redding, is such a BEAUTIFUL & KIND SOUL. She always goes above and beyond for her customers and always acknowledges the customers when they walk in. Most of the girls there are extremely friendly as well. Righ as I get to know some of them , it seems that they no longer work there, as if they have a high turnover rate. Ever since COVID-19 their inventory is very limited. Which is very unfortunate for us in the beauty industry since they are 1 of the only 2 wholesale supply stores in this area for us licensed individuals , and a lot of times we need certain supplies right away. When u ask if they will be getting certain products in and when, they don't always have the answers for either question, From my understanding they don't always get that kind of info from their warehouses. However, I know that that's not the managers or associates fault but instead the higher ups. But overall, THANK YOU COSMOPROF for all you guys do for us in the beauty industry.
