DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I have wasted the 4 hour window they gave to come by and approve my known shipper forms for TSA so I can access and use Alaska Cargo. Not even a courtesy call that they could not make it. I have paid 190 to have this service completed, and completely sacrificed an entire workday waiting for these morons. Look at EVERY other review on Yelp, or Google, and you will see TO NEVER EVER EVER waste your time on this completely irresponsible and absolute travesty of an operation. I am seriously surprised that they are even still in business.

They will receive your product and keep it till whenever they "are able" to deliver it, they wont give you a time frame even.
They show up when they want. They don't answer their phone. The outgoing message on their phone is incredibly rude. I made a purchase at Penney's six months ago that they were supposed to deliver...never happened. Fast forward to today and, because of this lousy business, my order will be cancelled again. There has got to be a decent delivery company in Redding!!!!!
I ordered 2 different things for delivery from this place. I only ended up getting one of them. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the guys delivering my stuff were great. I ordered a couch that I finally canceled delivery on and also a dining table. They said they didn't know where the couch was at first. Then I spoke to Nicole and she said that it was damaged and they had to order a new one. I contacted Wayfair and they said that Nicole was lying and the couch was never damaged, never replaced and that Cooper Courier had it the entire time. So, I would not recommend this company AT ALL if you actually want to receive your items and have honest service.
Worse delivery company!!! Not only do they take for ever to deliver your stuff, they also steal from you! If you get a delivery from them make sure you keep all eyes on them. They are thieves!!
Item arrived to them on 4/18, they didn't call to schedule delivery, I had to call (4/23/18) and insist on it being delivered asap as they tried to tell me they only deliver in redding a couple times a week, despite being a locally based company (they are about 3-5 mins from my home). The lady answering the phones was alright, she stated she was making them deliver it today, (shouldn't have to make people do their jobs). Once i called it was delivered within 30mins. Workers who delivered it seemed like we were inconveniencing them to have to drop off the item , and were unhappy with our inspecting it for any damage. I am not sure how long they would have taken to actually call to schedule a delivery but, overall not a very professional service.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep in mind I have NEVER received a call back after any of my calls. Have had to call a total of 6 times to get a time estimate of when my items will be delivered 3 of them to get a confirmation tmthat they were actually coming sometime tomorrow, told them I was needing to plan my day as my father is in the hospital was told I’d have an answer around 2 pm, called again at 445 as they close at 5, the guy said he was looking at my order now and would call me back. It’s now almost 6 pm no call and of course no one is answering since it is after 5 pm. So frustrating!
They are a fair shot at getting your thing delivered... Missing a thing or two to make their business hum.... Ummmm....
