The worker for ear piercing was apparently “stressed” when she wasn’t at her work station. My friends and I were looking at the earring for which we buy and get the piercing of the the ears for free. She cane over and pressed us. We understood she told us the first time but, we were confused on what she meant. We didn’t know that on the front table there were more stands that showed the earrings. By far one of the worst experiences. She was “stressed”? Which let her antagonize us. Which left us in a horrible mood and wanted to get our refund and leave the store as soon as possible. Very disappointed in the poor customer service.

We had a Great time at Claires on my daughters 7th birthday. She was very nervous about getting her ears pierced but the girl that attended us was very sweet and kind. She really helped to ease my daughters nerves and make this a great experience for my her. We were able to shop with a cool little discount we received and we will definitely be returning.

Claire's was absolutely amazing. Food great, service fanstastic, wine was wonderful Perfect for a romantic evening with your loved one. Private, quite, and romantic. Tons of stars!!! Definitely making this place the date night spot.

My niece got her ears pierced for her birthday. The store has a chart display of the earrings they pierce with, and on the back lists the earring prices. I was looking at the back of the earring chart to chose earrings to get my ear or ears pierced, too. A clerk came over and grabbed it out of my hands and said I don't need to look at that. It was shocking and uncalled for. My niece got her ears done, but I didn't get mine done. Oh, well....it would have been fun!

So I wanted to return something and the lady asked me if I was 18 and I said no but I did not pay with card and so she said that I haft to have a adult with me to return something and my friend Kyra never had to do that before and it is said that I payed 37.00 and that I saved 14.97 but I did not get that much money back

Both of my girls got their ears pierced here and she did a really good job.. Getting your ears pierced can be a nerve-racking experience but she made both my girls feel really comfortable.

Came by to check out their clearance section and sales going on. The sales lady was very helpful and we've never had a complaint in the 15 years we've been coming to the different Claire's with my daughter. :-)
