Good hike! 5.5 miles round trip. It has a pretty great view of Mt. Shasta and Shast Dam. The top doesn't have a lot of room to sit or be in general but there is a picnic table underneath a tree that sometimes provides shade. Overall pretty good!

Great hike with great views. Heavy use even midweek. Little respect for social distancing or mask wareing.
An easy going hike, take around 1.5 - 2 hours up and down (with no stopping for lunch or anything). Beautiful views, easily one of the best hikes in the area! I have been at various times in the year, always well maintained and worthwhile. Highly recommend for families, or people who struggle to hike, but still want to get out and do things!
