This is my new favorite place in Redding! The menu options are small but creative and delicious. Every menu item came out of the kitchen piping hot! So fresh! We have the mushroom polenta appetizer. it was creamy and delicious with a tasty garlic olive oil. The garlic bread was a bit peppery for my taste but I enjoyed it. It makes you want to have a beer! Are the chicken marsala which was yummy I asked for spoon because it was nice and saucy the way I like it. My husband had the bas il penne pasta with the sausage. The waitress recommended the sausage. It's complimented the green basily sauce the penny was richly coated in. We were simply too full for dessert but the ones that came out looked good. Are ticket came to 64. the waitress well earned her tip. she knowledgeably guided us in our selections and answered questions intelligently. I will return here again and again.

We, somehow, got a reservation here for Valentine’s Day and WOW! So glad we did. The best food we’ve had since coming to Redding, and on top of it the service & wine list where wonderful. They had a little bit of a wait for our table and one of the owners was quick to recommend a great wine to use and get us drinks while we waited! Our new fav spot in Redding.
My girlfriend and I just had dinner here and we can't say anything negative. The food here is amazing. She has multiple dietary restrictions and the chef (worthy of the title) worked with us to make her an absolutely amazing vegan and gluten free meal. For those without restrictions, you will love the food too. If you're like her and need special considerations then try the Zen Bowl with Tofu. If you're like me then get the crispy pork gnocchi. I feel like my taste buds just had a religious experience. Just wow. Oh and the staff are amazingly kind as well. You will not be disappointed. Best food in Redding for me after moving here a year ago. Oh yeah. They are toddler friendly and made a special meal just for our 3 year old that he loved.
Our review - posted on RRR Absolutely amazing at Cafe Paradisio tonight. The service was spot on and the dinners were exceptional. At our table we ENJOYED two Zen Ahi Bowls, the Roasted Duck and Pulled Pork Gnocchi. Clam Chowder was sumptuous with a perfect kick (thank you , chef!!) and dinner salads were amazing with lots of crunchy veggies. We all walked away from our dinners saying WOW - most outstanding dinner we’ve enjoyed in a long time. Marshall and his team have their menu and service absolutely wired. Congratulation to this team!! They get it!! What a joy!!!!
Vegetarian & vegan friendly. They had indoor dining during the COVID era. My wife & I enjoyed their garlic bread half loaf, beet salad, Italian soda, & Zen bowl with tofu.
As a gluten-free diner, I am usually forced to "settle" for a substandard meal and ice cream for dessert . We were shocked at the incredible choices, flavors and intimate understanding of the Chef and Manager towards GF needs! This was by far the BEST experience we have had dining out. The service was amazing, the food incredible, and the atmosphere was great! It's hard to find this kind of attention to detail in a big city. To find it in Redding was an amazing treat! We will DEFINITELY be back, many times over! THANK YOU!
Bomb dot come. Had some food i always wated to try and was not disappointed. Its a place where i want to eat the whole menu.over and over again.
Steaks were done great and the Srafood Linguine was AWESOME....all said it was a GREAT BIRTHDAY DINNER!!!
