Great place very kind and found the product I needed in ten minutes or less!
They broke my laptops replacement keyboard. The esc key is now lose and sometimes does not press unless fully pressed down. My laptop screen has 2 missing screws, they claimed I stripped them already. My case on the keyboard side will no longer fully close because they cracked the screw hole. I'm just glad they didn't decide to take my hard drive and replace it with a low end drive at this point. They proceeded to blame me for giving them a broken laptop even though i have never opened it up. If they were not holding my laptop for ransom I would of never paid for the repairs. Horriable buisness practice to blame the customer. The only reason they are still in business is because of older people living in the general area. Look elsewhere for repairs on your computers. I reported them to the BBB already for a strike.
