This location has moved since 2020 its now by Ross, ive had a pleasure shopping here each time. I feel lucky when I find a name brand perfume for 3 and cheap qauilty socks ect
The new store is amazing! Definitely worth the trip up to redding. Got a lot of cute home decorations.
This was my first time in the new store and probably will be the last! They only had one cashier around 4:15 pm and there were five people in line. The lady in the front had a full basket and we all stood there for over 10 min before they brought up another cashier. I waited another 7 min in line before I was helped. There were 4 employees gathered in the back which looked like they were just standing around talking. I finally was called up by a cashier named Addy to be helped and I expressed my frustration and she replied well the employees in the back were helping a customer she was very rude and did not apologize for the long wait. I left really upset and honesty because the customer service was so terrible I will never shop there again. There are plenty of other places in Redding to shop and this will not be one of them.
My Big Lots store had BIG Clearance since moving across Redding, very Central location! Hilltop@Cypress beside ROSS.99 store Circle K Black Bear etc
Very poorly stocked store! Other Big Lots have more stuff and shelves stocked.
Very nice employees they are in the middle of moving to the old k mart building
Store is poorly stocked, maybe due to upcoming move. I haven't been impressed with the prices in a long time.
