I think the owner's market is mainly local IT people, but if you're an idjit consumer who needs an oddball adapter cable or the like, don't bother making the rounds at the usual big-box suspects. Bentronics has the part you need and some good technical advice thrown in for free.
Very responsive to local ham operators. Excellent customer service. Answers questions and does not talk down to you if you are not tech literate.
