This is a great find for computer repair! Josh came out today and installed a new SSD in my desktop computer. Very knowledgeable, fast and efficient along with a very reasonable price. Have an appointment with him next week to setup my new 65 inch TV to my sound system and satellite. I'm considering using his cloud backup service and am so happy to have found this company.

So I called these guys because I was having major malware issues. I was able to get a free estimate (something BestBuy-Geek Squad was trying to charge me like 100 bucks for and I already knew what the issue was). So I was already happy that they were able to look it over and confirm the issue. Me and the tech that came went over both options for someone with malware issues and which was most cost effective for my budget. I ended up going forward and letting them do a clean wipe and update of my system. I was able to get my system back in 24 hours and I even got a follow up phone call 48 hours later to make sure that everything was okay. My computer processor works even faster, no malware issues, and the customer service was great. Most importantly I saved a cost difference of 180.00 by going to them and not Best Buy!!!! Definitely would recommend them to anyone on a reasonable budget looking for quality computer work done!
Josh is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy, also his pricing is very reasonable compared to others in Redding. I got my MacBook Air ssd upgraded by him and it works just fine, thank you so much.
Just love At Home Computer! Josh is amazing he always responds very fast when I have a computer problem. He is the guy to go to if you have a PC or Mac problem. I'v had several hard drives crash over the years and he quickly helped me recover all of my data and got me back on line quickly. He recommend this year that I get a solid state hard drive and I did--awesome and super fast. He is a real good listener and I love the fact that we can work on solving the problem together. He is very passionate about what he does! Thanks Josh! Woohoo! As good as it gets!
