Wow this place is Great. Tom walked up and helped my wife and I find tube perfect washer and dryer set. The prices are really affordable. All the workers where nice and friendly. This is the Best place in town to get all appliances. I recommend Appliances Direct to everyone you will be satisfied with everything they have.

Great deals, got a nice scratch and dent refrigerator but couldn't find the scratch or dent!
From start to finish I was very pleased with the quality sales and service I received at Appliances Direct. Tom was amazing in his patience while I deliberated on the best refrigerator for our needs and answered many questions through the process. Once a model was chosen, we were put on the delivery schedule for the following day. Josh and Cayman arrived on time and made quick work of removing the old refrigerator and installing the new one. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. They answered questions and also provided a mini tutorial. Overall, we are very happy with our experience at Appliances Direct and would recommend giving them a try.
Let me start off by saying the overnight, Bob, is awesome. I had a chest freezer on order from home depot when they changed my delivered date . I called appliances direct and Bob was awesome to work with. From now on no more home depot depot appliances for me!!
We have been to every appliance store in redding looking for new appliances for our kitchen remodel. We were so impressed with Dylan here that it sealed the deal. He took the time to work with us and did not pressure sell us. After being to all the appliance stores in the area... it was the best place by far. Price was fair. Availability was good. DEAL!!!
100% Recommended! They have all your home appliance needs at extremely reasonable prices. They have all the name brand products everyone else inventories. Their 'Dent and Scratch' program is perfect for those on a tight budget. (Never found the dent or scratch on my dryer.) Their best business feature: Their customer service is PARAMOUNT; no pressure sales, informative staff, friendly delivery drivers and wonderful telephone communication! YOU would be missing out on a great opportunity if you shopped else ware.
I bought all my appliances for my house here in 2010 and came back to replace a few after the carr fire. They looked up what I purchased on file (from 10 years ago) and offered suggestions for replacements based on what I had previously. Plus gave me an additional 50 water filter for free when I came in one time.... Very polite and easy to talk to, not pushy at all and they overall make it a very pleasant experience. I will never get appliances anywhere else.
We just had a new washer and dryer installed by appliances direct and the young man named John delivered and installed them was the most fantastic young man. Extremely polite very knowledgeable about both units and showed us how to work them. We ordered them from the owner and he was just as nice. I totally recommend Appliances Direct for any appliance you need to purchase. Absolutely no pressure and store very clean. We'll be a repeat customer if we need anything else.
