I called ACS one morning and they were onsite within an hour. They worked through my request very quickly and explained to me the process. Since it was raining, it took a little bit longer to scope the home, but the technician was super communicative with me and explained everything in detail. I was really impressed with how quickly everything went, and would happily use ACS again.

ACS did a great job locating an underground steam leak for a project we are working on. Locating this leak was not easy because it was on a college campus in the heart of a busy city. Ian from ACS did a phenomenal job tracing and locating the leak. He narrowed the leak down to a 6'-0\ x 12'-0\ area. We dug in that location and the leak was found in the dead center of where he told us to dig. ACS saved us a ton of time and money by locating the leak so we weren't digging blindly. Thank You!
