I don't normally take to much time for reviews, but I had to on this experience. I will say I was a bit annoyed at the process of signing up, very slow, but I needed a fridge and this was my only option. Once all said and done the process was painless and finally after 2 weeks the fridge arrived tonight. The delivery drivers is my main reason for this post. They went absolutely above and beyond for me tonight. I was almost in tears because this fridge almost didn't fit and they weren't sure it could be done. Thankfully they took the extra time and made it work. You have no idea how bad this would have been if it didn't fit. I didn't get their names, but THANK YOU!!!! if I could have tipped them a major amount of money I would have. What I had doesn't even come close to showing my gratitude. That's why I'm hoping this review will be seen by the boss and he knows how amazing these guys are.
I Love Aaron's !!!!! We have gotten so many things from them and would recommend them 110 Percent !!!!!!!!!!
The delivery system was really messed up. They didn't have any of the electronics like 55 inch TVs and xbox ones not even in their boxes. And the tv was broken during delivery and the driver lied and said he plugged it in and tested it when he didn't I give then 0 stars
Although expensive they have always been friendly and helpful. We were able to exchange our furniture quickly and no cost for delivery or returning. I love our new couches.
Horrible company to work for, misleading to its employees. Was going to move my niece, her husband and two young kids to arcata (somewhere they have never lived or know anyone there) to run a store that was closing down in 3 months which is something they did not inform them, thankfully they caught on and confronted management about it because my nieces husband and family would’ve been left with no job in 3 months probably no home in a place they have never lived nor know anybody there. Will never do business with Aaron’s again.

Just seemed ghetto in there vs all the other furniture stores around. Plus all their furniture was gross and stained.
