I am a high school student and just recently completed my three lessons at A Plus Safety, my instructor was Jack. Going into it I was very, very nervous. I had no idea what to expect, and no idea what kind of teacher I’d get (I’d heard some horror stories from other kids about their experiences with driving school). All of that anxiety went away immediately when I started my lessons with Jack. He was exceptionally kind, helpful, and patient. Even though he must’ve had a busy schedule and lots of other students, he made me feel like me and my lessons were the most important in the world. He gave me some truly great advice, and helped me gain my confidence as a driver. I cannot begin to describe how thankful I am. If your kid is about to go to driving school, please, please choose A Plus Safety—and ask for Jack.

Had to take driving school for the first time ever (illegal left turn) and had no idea how to get it done. 'Amy' from A Plus Safety walked me through each step, patiently answered all of my questions & kindly instructed me to call back if I had difficulty. 3 calls to the DMV/Traffic Court yielded only confusion but Amy was professional & really put me at ease. Highly recommend!
I took and paid for their online “drivers education” course so I could study up for my permit test and I never received the completion certificate for the course. It said it would either be emailed or sent by mail in about 4-6 weeks and well, let’s just say it’s been almost a year and a half since with nothing. It’s a good thing I can still take the permit test without it.
I signed up for a CPR and Pediatric class 4 months in advance because it’s a lot of money 80! When I signed up online it started at 9:30am, but when I called a week before to check the address she said the class started at 8:30. So I showed up at 8:30 and when I pulled in she was locking the door. when I ran up to the door it was locked and she was no where to be seen. The lights turned off and all doors shut! I tried knocking, called and know one answered. I stood outside for 30 minutes hoping someone might show up or come to the front. When I emailed her she said they have a 10min late policy and no refunds. I told her I was there exactly at 8:30 and she said I should of knocked and she would have let me in? My loss , I won’t be going back or referring to my family or friends. I’ll give her one star for being on time!
Very helpful and friendly. I did my CPR and first aid here. I am also having my daughters drivers training courses completed here one down two to go! Great people! Grateful they can do what I'm too nervous to do #teendriving
Everyone was great and helped calm my nerves! They did everything they could to help me and make my experience the best it could be! I would recommend A to everyone learning to drive! A has the most friendly and experienced staff in Redding!
