Damon was great. Arrived on time, was super efficient and professional. He took the time to explain about our carpet and what to expect from the cleaning. Most impressively even though I informed him that we would be replacing the carpet in the next 2-3 months he still did a very detailed cleaning!! Someone could have easily just done the bare minimum and called it good but not Damon! In my book that’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I’ll recommend him and would hire him again!!
Damon was recommended by my neighbor. He responded to my inquiry very quickly. His estimate was fair and came in lower than the competition. He arrived right on time for the scheduled work and he and his assistant were in and out much faster than I expected. On top of being the best in town, he is also a very nice guy.....very trustworthy. I would recommend A Plus unqualifiedly. WMW
I have never worked with a carper cleaner / upholstery cleaner so dedicated. Everything is meticulously thought out and cleaned to perfection. Honestly I thought the days of "Do It Right The First Time" were gone with, well, just about every contractor. Its very refreshing and satisfying to know its still alive and well. I highly recommend A Carpet Cleaning! You will not regret it. I never have!
Damon is always professional in all that he does! It's so refreshing to have a service where you just don't have to constantly have your eye on their quality of work and you can actually trust their word!! He goes above and beyond EVERY single time he does our home and I just simply will call no other company for my carpet cleaning needs!! If their were a 10 star I'd give that to him too!! He's just that good!! BTW... state of the art equipment that does a superb job!! Definitely the right tools for a job well done!!!
Excellent customer service and an excellent job on the carpets. I didn't think the carpets would come out so well, they look brand-new.
