Rented through these guys for a while. Very friendly when looking to rent. Very rude when actually renting. Had unit professionally cleaned paying 400 - 500, but still were not happy. Was lucky to get 300 from a 1200 bond. Rent was expected to be paid 2 weeks ahead, but if we needed something looked at or fixed we'd usually wait more than 2 months.

These guy are good people however looking after their TENNANT when it comes to maitanace is seriously lacking

Worst ever the property manager was rude and unprofessional and intimidating toward my daughter To the point i had to be at the property for the inspections. As my daughter was so uncomfortable At end of lease we paid for a bond cleaner340 Yard maintenance 250 Pest control and she still was not happy So sad for any young people renting thru this realestate

Really bad experience renting with you and your property manager Terri was rude and unprofessional and the list of things to clean on a house that is 60 years old was rediculous
