I do apologise but that was awful customer service. I won't be going back. Plenty of other bakeries out there. We ALL have bad days.
I now believe that they sell the worst pies on the peninsula. I had to give one star. Should be able to take stars away. Better pies next door at the (unfriendly) friendly grocer. Sorry nothing good to say.
Just brought a custard slice for lunch it is yellow rubber couldnt even cut through it let alone eat it.. there are other comments here of stale food What are the owners doing? This is no reflection on the young girl who served me as she was very efficient & courteous.
Disappointed. Previously bought fresh sandwiches & sponge rolls. Last visit sponge roll was stale with very little jam (no flavour) & the steak pie was more than day old pastry & meat. Other cakes looked suspect too. I'd like to know if products are not cooked on the day & definitely not pay full price for old bakery, if I decide to buy.
Great variety and so fresh, pies are yum! Anita is very friendly and helpful.
Ordered plain pies, recieved cheese and bacon pies. Sausage roll was inedible. Couldn’t eat it. Pastry was gross on everything. I would of turned around and went back but we were already on the highway by the time we realised the food was so bad.
