When I took my Laptop in for some minor software repairs I was told it would be done in 2 days after 4 days I went in and was told it was all done. When I asked what had been done he couldn't tell me but said I dont have the work ticket here atm. He charged me 125 and did nothing as I discovered when I got home, Never done work for me? yes well you still charged me 125 for doing nothing when you were in your last shop in Margate
