Went in this morning to buy a few things, again, spend lots there. Decided to buy some ham of the bone at the deli, the large lady who works behind the counter definitely needs to do something about her personality. I asked for some ham from a certain section and she was not friendly about it, she kept saying it's all of the same bone and my answer was but this section looks nicer not so stringy. I'm under the impression that you can choose what you're paying for, but not her???? The Coles ads on TV are very misleading they are not all friendly in real life.

This is the second loaf of bread I have bought within 2 weeks from Dolphins coles. The bread is half missing from when the bread was baked. I either have to try another supermarket or buy a different brand.
It's an ordinary booze shop. Prices aren't that good, just convenient.
Parking was an issue but shopping experience and service was good
I am not being rude this is just my honest opinion, if you want to go to a clean shopping centre DO NOT go to this coles my car now has two dints in it because there are trolleys everywhere and they just roll into the back of your car. There is always a large coles worker on her phone having about 10 smokes at a time she didn't even try and move when my kids got out of the car so they didn't have to inhale her tobaccoo smoke there is rubbish piled up behind the green seat that's around the side even through there is a bin not very far from the seat and I have never seen a cleaner around only coles workers smokeing
Yes just a quick shop to get something for tea and they took my cash unlike that other store.
Sometimes a lack of variety, Otherwise a very efficient and pleasant shopping experience most of the time with friendly, helpful staff. Parking can be tricky
