Chemist Warehouse is great pricing n service every time. I rarely leave without the item I went there to buy.

Waited at the counter for 15 minutes for a box of Panadol. Two pharmacists were busy doing scripts and did not serve me. They rang a bell numerous times. I gave up waiting, as I walked out the front there were 2 staff members chatting at the front. Will pick up some Panadol at Woolies
Relatively understaffed when I visited but good range as per any store of this franchise and even half the prices of woolies and coles
Great service, knowledgable staff. Affordable. They really look after my needs
One of their employees was very sick a few weeks ago, she sounded as if she had cold/flu. I felt fine going in and I noticed she was sick when I spoke to her. Next day I wake up sick and am sick for 3 weeks which ruined my holidays. Tell your employees to stay home if they are very sick. Why was she even working that day?
Horrible staff. The worse Chemist Warehouse ever.
What's not to like!
They took 20 minutes just to do a drivers license check when I bought a pack of cold & flu tablets during a not particularly busy time. Treating your customers like criminals is not a good strategy to ensure future business. I’d give zero stars if it was possible.
