It's an enclosed mall with good exposure for tenants, some have dual access to Sutton Street and the Council car park. Anchor tenants include Woolworths and First Choice. There's plenty of parking with 400 in the basement and an additional 225 spaces in the adjoining Council Car Park. A conveniently positioned centre with enough of a mix of tenants to satisfy most shoppers.

It's a very convenient place to shop for many locals and seaside visitors. There are many adjoining restaurants and attractions nearby as well including some beaches to explore and cool off by. Need some medical treatment,,, try the '' Bluewater Square Medical Centre'' there's a large group of Doctors in attendance, though usually advisable to phone ahead first... Best regards... Ross W.

Its a good place to go if you just want to do your shopping and it has under cover so you don't get wet.

Great shops and very friendly shop owners/operators. Security is beyond trash. Often see them taking naps in their cars or across the road just hanging out.

I'll be honest I only went there to check out under water putt putt. On the walk through the centre I noticed It didn't have a lot, very small centre that probably caters well for the local community. It was very clean unlike some of the patrons that were there. You can tell by the area it's on the lower socio economic scale.

Great little shops and new and exciting putt putt and acarade. Be good when the bar area has taken off more so there's more adults
