Smooth purchase Brendan provided me with all the information I needed to have building inspections and searches done before making an offer on our purchased investment property. He promptly met me at the property and didn't rush me through. Brendan negotiated with the seller to have minor repairs done before the sale. Very happy with Brendan's skills and friendliness.
