Enjoyed my short stop here. Had to use the bathroom and get a coffee for a long drive... I wish when exiting the bathroom it was a push door, so you don’t have to get your freshly washed clean hands dirty again... Easy entrance and exit doors to follow... Friendly staff, great menu options. I recommend my drink of choice: French Vanilla with a shot of Espresso!

The same products you'd expect from timmies but they are not pet friendly with the timbits. They used to be so it maybe be the owners or the managers decision to stop the practice. That being said we quite often wait until we get to medicine hat and stop by the maple Avenue location who takes the time to acknowledge our dog and he gets his little treat that he absolutely loves.
I love timmys! But not sure if someone had been mean to the lady helping or she was just having a bad day. She had a tone! Having been on the other side of the counter for over a decade, i am very respectful of anyone that works in the service industry, so bottom line, i did not appreciate the tone when i was being a nice human. Anyways i love the grill cheese and i hadn't found tim bits since i left vancouver so i was happy to get fresh food. It was my hubs 1st time trying a soup and timbits at timmys so i was more excited to see if he likes it as much as i do.
This location can have the best service and the worst. It all depends on what time you visit. During the day it is well staffed and clean in the evening basics such as toilet paper in the bathroom or paper towels are often missing. This donut shop has run out of donuts last time I visited. I like the location, the staff and quality of food depends on when you visit.
The Tim's was as good as it's always been. Fantastic!
07:30AM on a weekday... oh we’re out of that... oh and that... give me a break, try explaining this to kids in the back seat when everything is not available. No excuses for not having anything at this time... off to McDonald’s down the street where I know they have what we want.
