If there was a 6th Star, I would give it to Dan at Microdyne. They say you can’t get all three, quality of service, affordable and quick. Well, I dare say with Dan at Microdyne it is possible. Competitive rates, quick turnover, didn’t waste my time or his... But, sincerely, one of the most Professional attitudes that is customer service orientated. You will get the truth and the help you are looking for along with all the guidance to give you the peace of mind needed when you have a computer repair. I would not hesitate to recommend Microdyne to anybody who needs their system looked at. Thanks again Dan, customer for life!

Very belated review but worth sharing! Last summer I brought my 10 year old laptop into Microdyne for a refresh, the guys were super helpful and friendly from start to finish, got her working fast - good as new! - updated her OS, added some free software and security, and even kept her overnight to make sure all the updates were running A-OK. Highly recommend Microdyne and price was excellent!

Dan Dan the Computer Man! Took an expensive heap and brought it back to life! Got me in fast and returned my PC the same day. Best part, he took the time to talk me through the process and showed me hands on how to keep it working! Great price and cared enough to not sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need. Before you take your old computer to the dump... pop out to Redcliff and say hello. You'll be happy you did!

Had a hard drive crater, Dan was able to recover most of the files. He's very knowledgeable and recommended a replacement, installed it, and transferred the files to the new hard drive in no time! Great service! Will go to Microdyne for all my future computer work!
